Charcoal  packaging

 

CLIENT

ITS WOOD is Belgian forestry company.

They launched Tcharbon®, a high-quality Belgian charcoal produced exclusively from hardwood by-products from local forests.

 

 

GOAL
• Our mission was to think beforehand about packing, protecting and pour the charcoal.

• Design a strong visual identity for the new Tcharbon® brand.

RESULT

• A preliminary research on

- different formats, materials, manufacturing and filling processes.

- ergonomics and lighting scenarios of the BBQ

- communication and visuel identity.

• The choice of packaging finally went to a standard kraft bag (compatible with the bagging machine). We dressed it in a sober but striking graphic design with directly identifiable Belgian and "eco" accents.
